plusph21 Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights Before You Play

1General Provisions

Welcome to plusph21. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Member," "you," or "your") and plusph21 ("we," "us," or "the Platform") regarding your access to and use of the plusph21 website located at plusph21.net and all associated services.

By registering an account on plusph21, making a deposit, or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the plusph21 platform.

These Terms should be read alongside the plusph21 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and plusph21. Where there is a conflict between these Terms and any specific promotional terms, the specific promotional terms will take precedence for that promotion only.

2Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account with plusph21, you must meet the following conditions in full. There are no exceptions.

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations.
• You must be a resident of the Philippines or be physically located within Philippine territory when accessing the platform.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list or have previously been barred from the plusph21 platform.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of plusph21 or any associated game providers.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when creating your account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and Philippine contact number.
• You may only hold one account on plusph21. Duplicate accounts are a violation of these Terms and will result in all accounts being suspended pending investigation.

plusph21 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. This may include requesting government-issued identification such as a Philippine passport, UMID, driver's licence, or other accepted documents. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals.

If you provide false information during registration, plusph21 may immediately terminate your account and withhold any funds held in your account balance, pending a full investigation.

3Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the plusph21 platform are denominated in Philippine Pesos (₱). The following rules govern how deposits and withdrawals are processed.

3.1 Deposits

• Deposits are credited to your plusph21 account instantly for most payment methods including GCash and Maya. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes during business hours.
• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. There is no maximum single deposit limit for verified accounts, though daily limits may apply depending on your account status and payment method.
• plusph21 does not accept third-party deposits. The name on your payment method must match the name on your verified plusph21 account.
• Deposits made using bonus funds or promotional codes from third parties will be rejected and returned.

3.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum single withdrawal limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of request.
• All withdrawals must be sent to a payment method registered in your name. plusph21 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Standard withdrawal processing times range from same-day to 48 hours depending on your VIP tier. Platinum VIP members receive near-instant processing.
• plusph21 may request additional identity verification documents before processing large withdrawals. This is a standard anti-money-laundering measure.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived funds are subject to the wagering requirements associated with that bonus. Attempting to withdraw before meeting those requirements will result in the bonus portion being forfeited.

4Bonuses & Promotions

plusph21 offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific conditions stated within the individual promotion.

• Bonuses are credited to your plusph21 account in Philippine Pesos (₱) and are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they become eligible for withdrawal.
• Unless stated otherwise, the default wagering requirement for all plusph21 bonus funds is 10x the bonus amount. Some promotions carry a lower requirement — always check the specific promotion details.
• Wagering requirements can be met by placing bets on any real-money game on the plusph21 platform. Bets placed using other bonus funds do not contribute to wagering requirements.
• plusph21 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any promotion at any time, with reasonable advance notice provided where possible.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously will result in all but one being forfeited.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and hold no cash value until wagering conditions are fully satisfied.
• plusph21 VIP Club cashback carries a 1x wagering requirement — the most favourable condition offered by the platform. VIP tier terms are available on the VIP Club page.

5Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all real-money bets placed on the plusph21 platform, regardless of game type.

• Bets are final once confirmed. You may not cancel, modify, or reverse a bet after it has been submitted and accepted by the system.
• In the event of a technical error or system malfunction that results in an incorrect payout, plusph21 reserves the right to correct the error. Incorrect payouts resulting from system faults are not binding and will be adjusted accordingly.
• plusph21 uses certified random number generators (RNGs) for all virtual games. Live dealer games are streamed from certified studios and conducted by human dealers operating under strict regulatory oversight.
• Bet limits vary by game and account type. VIP members may have elevated limits as part of their tier benefits.
• In live sports betting, odds are subject to change until the bet is confirmed. plusph21 uses real-time pricing feeds and cannot guarantee prices displayed moments before confirmation will be honoured if the market has moved.
• In the event of match postponement, abandonment, or cancellation, plusph21 follows standard industry settlement rules as defined in the specific sport's betting terms.

6Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the plusph21 platform. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in immediate account suspension and may result in permanent termination and forfeiture of balances.

• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or any strategy designed to extract bonus value without genuine play.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in a way designed to disadvantage the house or other players at live tables.
• Fraud: Using stolen payment credentials, false identity documents, or any other fraudulent means to fund an account or claim withdrawals.
• Money laundering: Using the plusph21 platform to process, disguise, or transfer funds of illegal origin. plusph21 complies with all Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the platform in place of genuine human play.
• Underage access: Allowing or facilitating access to the platform by anyone under the age of 21, including sharing login credentials with minors.
• Harassment: Directing abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language at plusph21 staff or other players via any communication channel.

7Intellectual Property

All content on the plusph21 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, written content, and promotional materials — is the property of plusph21 or its licensed content providers.

You may not reproduce, copy, redistribute, republish, or commercially exploit any content from the plusph21 platform without explicit written permission. Unauthorised use of plusph21 brand assets or platform content may result in legal action.

Using the plusph21 name or branding in a manner that implies an official partnership, endorsement, or affiliation that does not exist is also strictly prohibited.

8Privacy & Data Protection

plusph21 collects and processes personal data in accordance with Philippine Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012. The types of data we collect, how we use it, and how long we retain it are detailed in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to our legal and regulatory retention obligations.

plusph21 does not sell your personal data to third parties. We share data only with our licensed game providers, payment processors, and regulatory bodies where legally required to do so.

9Responsible Gaming

plusph21 is committed to operating in a way that promotes responsible, healthy gaming habits. We provide the following tools to all members:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from your account settings page.
• Session time limits: Receive automatic reminders after extended gaming sessions.
• Self-exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent ban from the platform at any time. Once a self-exclusion is active, plusph21 will refuse all attempts to reactivate the account for the duration of the exclusion period.

10Account Suspension & Closure

plusph21 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity fraud
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the member
• Failure to complete identity verification within the requested timeframe
• Court orders, regulatory instructions, or law enforcement requests

If your account is closed due to a verified terms violation, plusph21 may withhold some or all of the balance pending investigation. Where no violation is confirmed, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may also close your plusph21 account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team. Any real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method after identity verification.

11Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, plusph21 and its directors, employees, contractors, and partners shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses resulting from gaming activity on the platform
• Technical outages, service interruptions, or data loss beyond our reasonable control
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep login credentials secure
• Actions taken by third-party game providers operating on the platform
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the plusph21 platform

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

12Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the plusph21 platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, we encourage members to first contact our support team at support@plusph21.net. The vast majority of disputes are resolved quickly and informally. Our team is instructed to treat every complaint seriously and respond within 24 hours.

13Amendments to These Terms

plusph21 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and — for material changes — notify active members via email or in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the plusph21 platform after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure.
